Free comedy returns to Glasgow Square Theatre on Friday, October 17th and it's gonna be a hell of a show!
Three Moncton comics are making the trek to New Glasgow for the event: Headliner Line Woods was recently featured at the Halifax Comedy Fest, and soon you'll be able to see her performance on CBC, Live from the Halifax Comedy Fest.
She is joined by fellow Moncton comics Jeff Pinnell and Lynn Solange. But that's not all! Making his Glasgow Square debut is another comedy-show-producing-James, this one is James from Australia! Also known as Jimmy Grant, he recently started the Big Night Out comedy show in Truro.
Jayne Burke has been tearing up Pictou County comedy since making her debut just one month ago on this very show! She's really got the bug, come check out this comedy comet.
New Glasgow's Ray Burns and Rob Green, as well as host James Keast round out this cornucopia of comedy chaos.
As is tradition for Comedy at the Square, the show is always free but we collect cash donations for charity at the door. This month's charity (chosen by headliner Line Woods) is Ability Transit in Moncton; the organization assists mobility-impaired folks with easing access to their city.
